It will also introduce a smart warehouse management system to improve productivity, product quality, and inventory management capabilities, improving overall operational performance. In addition, a solar power generation system will be installed in the factory area to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions through renewable energy applications and smart energy management mechanisms, thereby achieving the goal of corporate sustainability. After the investment is completed, it will not only improve production capacity and process stability, but also help strengthen the ability to develop and supply customized products, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term growth.
The aerospace technology company has focused on aerospace maintenance and manufacturing for many years, providing professional services to the international aerospace industry. In recent years, it has actively expanded its aerospace component manufacturing business, developed high-precision metal processing technology and integrated special process capabilities, and obtained numerous international quality certifications, which has enabled it to successfully enter the global aerospace supply chain. In response to the market’s growing demand and capacity expansion plans, the company plans to build a new factory in northern Taiwan to expand its sheet metal processing and assembly capacity for aerospace parts. It will also introduce AI, the Internet of Things and a visualized production management system to improve productivity and quality stability. Meanwhile, an energy efficient air conditioning system will be installed in the new factory, which will also implement waste heat recovery, renewable energy, and rainwater recycling measures, improving resource utilization efficiency and carbon reduction results. The company will invest approximately NT$920 million in the new factory and equipment, which will create approximately 56 domestic employment opportunities. After the investment is completed, it will increase the manufacturing capacity of high-end aerospace products, optimize precision manufacturing, special processes, and system integration capabilities, and enhance the competitiveness and supply chain resilience of Taiwan's aerospace industry.
White Peak Enterprise Co., Ltd. mainly produces industrial aluminum extrusion products, covering automotive and motorcycle components, industrial rails, solar power application accessories, high-end bicycle parts, and aerospace materials. The company has complete independent production capabilities from aluminum rod feeding, extrusion molding, heat treatment, precision drawing, cutting, to precision machining, providing high-end customized aluminum extrusion materials. In response to the rising global demand for aerospace products, White Peak Enterprise plans to build a new factory in Yanshuei District, Tainan City, and purchase additional energy storage facilities at its existing factory. The company will invest a total of approximately NT$430 million, which is expected to create 17 domestic employment opportunities. The new factory will introduce automated equipment and an AI production data analysis platform to seamlessly integrate order, scheduling, and inventory management through digital streaming of supply chain information. This will significantly improve process stability and operational efficiency, and enhance its smart manufacturing capabilities. In terms of environmental sustainability, White Peak Enterprise has implemented the net-zero strategy of “identifying, reducing, and monitoring carbon emissions.” In terms of “identifying carbon emissions,” the company successfully passed the ISO 14067 product carbon footprint verification this year, and has accurately identified carbon emissions in the product life cycle. In terms of “reducing carbon emissions,” the company will install solar power generation facilities and continue to replace old equipment, expand the use of green electricity, and improve equipment efficiency to substantially reduce carbon emissions. In terms of “monitoring carbon emissions,” the company will introduce large-scale energy storage equipment and energy management systems for real-time monitoring and to optimize factory-wide energy use. This investment will not only expand the production capacity of aerospace aluminum extrusion products with high added value, but also further strengthen the self-protection capabilities and international competitiveness of Taiwan's aerospace materials supply chain.
Yong Jin Xing Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the manufacturing of stainless steel, aluminum, and other sheet metals for metal buildings. Its products are used in metal wall panels on the exterior of large building, curtain grilles, and public works projects. Stainless steel exterior wall panels have become one of the mainstream building materials for large buildings and green buildings due to their superior protection, low maintenance costs, and modern appearance. To seize development opportunities in the industry, Yong Jin Xing has decided to invest NT$340 million to add a smart production line to its Houli plant in Taichung City, and plans to hire an additional 15 local employees.
